The Mahoning valley has incredible Vegan and Vegetarian food options. Not many other locations of our size have anywhere near the amount of options we have for plant based diets. To showcase this, we made a list of all of the restaurants around us that have amazing vegetarian and vegan options! Most of these locations are not exclusively vegan/vegetarian but still have great selections to try from.

Suzie’s Dogs and Drafts – Boardman, Youngstown

Great veggie dogs and impossible burgers with vegan options for toppings.

Pho Viez LLC – Mineral Ridge

Great Vietnamese restaurant with some Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Chinese options as well. Make sure to ask about their vegan options as they’re not indicated on their menu.

N2 by Davill – Youngstown

The best vegan ice cream in the area. Pick your flavors and ingredients and the ice cream is made right in front of you!

Sauceeino – Boardman

Fast casual restaurant focusing on Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine with lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

Eman’s Lebanese Cuisine – Youngstown

Possibly the best Falaffel wrap you will ever eat. For vegans, exclude the white sauce and you’re all set for the Falaffel wrap and veggie plates!

Courthouse Inn & Restaurant – Lisbon

Exquisite vegetarian eatery with a fabulous atmosphere. Make sure you save room for desert because their cakes are to die for.

Ghossain’s Gourmet Mediterranean Foods – Youngstown

Gourmet Mediterranean dishes with lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

Cafe India – Boardman

Wholesome Indian cuisine with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options.

Cultivate Cafe – Youngstown

Supplied by the Lake-to-River Coop, this market and cafe has some phenomenal vegan meals and produce that help you shop locally.

Republics Pizzeria & Pub – Youngstown

Fantastic NY Style Pizza with a vegan option that has loads of vegetables.

Aladdin’s Eatery – Boardman

Wonderful Mediterranean-Middle Eastern food with a focus on natural and healthy foods. They also have a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.

Orange Avocado – Boardman

Healthy juice, smoothies, smoothie bowls,  and raw vegan foods that are sure to brighten up any day.

A Movable Feast – Food Truck (Akron Based)

Tasty Vegan burger, poke bowl, and seasonal pumpkin risotto balls that definitely deserve a try!

Westside Bowl – Youngstown

The best add-on to a good game of bowling is Westside’s hidden vegan pizza, but you have to ask for it because it’s on the hidden menu.

Elm Street Diner – Youngstown

Fantastic vegan burger and a comfortable, homey atmosphere.

Bistro 1907 – Youngstown

There are currently no vegan options on their rotating menu, but keep your eyes out because when they have them, they’re absolutely incredible.

Zenobia Cuisine – Canfield

Great, authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine so wonderful vegan and vegetarian options, make sure to ask as they’re not indicated on the menu.
